Catherine and Jared

I met Catherine back in '05 at Carson Sears (now Johnson) ' wedding. She was a bridesmaid along with a few other goofballs!
From Carson's wedding in '05, left to right-Catherine, Sarah and Kelly(we shot her wedding last April, sniff, sniff)
I am so excited and honored to be able to shoot your wedding, you guys. I wish you both the best that life has to give you. Can't wait till April!

Snuggling together because it was so flippin' cold
Love that look
Our new Homepage!!! Love this!!

Lindsay and Hank

We shot Lindsay and Hank's engagement pics the other week. I get to shoot their wedding this weekend in Ocilla, GA. It should be a lot of fun, I think I may also have some past and present brides at this wedding also! I had a good time with them even if I kept mistiming the release of classes at VSU. I will post more pics from their wedding up early next week so check back!

Trying not to get thrown out of the University
I found a new place to shoot, so I broke it in. Almost got hit by traffic again.

And of course my favorite of that day!!

Megan and Erin at the Park

Yes, it's another episode of the Erin and Megan show! This time we find our leading ladies at the park where much to my surprise, Megan was actually smiling at me! On a funny note, Michelle's (our bride that we shot in Townsend, TN last year), daughter, Abby, was there and she went back and told her mom that the wacky guy with the camera was at the park! When I got to the park, Heather said they figured that I would bring the camera.

Erin pointing at something
Megan, not quite smiling yet. Love this shot.
Love this one, too!
"Are you still chasing me?"
"I can hide from him up here, Megan!"
The Escape Route
Now she is smiling at me, kind of, well maybe to the side.
"Awwww!!"

After we were done, we thought about how I must have looked to the other mothers at the park. Strange fellow running around a kiddie park with a giant camera taking pictures of little girls. Hahaha!

Yaritza and Juan

On Jan 27, we shot this tremendous wedding for a fantastically photogenic bride and groom. There are not very many words to describe it so I may have to let the wedding speak for itself. Needless to say, this wedding will make our archives of weddings we show to prospective clients! I was able to finish it this afternoon and I sat back from the computer and I felt like I had just hit a homerun. I wish I could take all the credit, I really have to give a lot of credit to where it is due, Yatti and Juan you both are fabulous. Your families, what can I say, your families treated us like we were part of the family. That really means a lot to us, more than you guys will ever know. Gracias, gracias, gracias!!

I love this shot, I love it!!
Love this one, too!!
Juan as Yatti is walking down the aisle with her Dad.
I shot this and I just wanted to jump and shout and scream, "I got it, I got it!"
They make their entrance into the reception
Yatti and her Dad in the Father Daughter dance. Could you imagine what must be going through his mind.
Juan and his Mom having a dance.

And the MacDaddy award of the wedding goes too...
Yatti's Dad playing around. This guy is so much fun makes me want to be in his family, too!
They make it too easy.

Juan was just waiting as Yatti was off doing something else.
One of our all-time fav's!

Katy and Jason's Engagement

More catching up! I was just telling Katy's mom today how lucky we were to have Katy as our bride. Everything really worked out for it to happen. She took our last Saturday that we had open in May. I actually had gotten to meet with her mom for the initial inquiry but Katy came over later! Katy really meshed with us, she wanted a distinct style of photography that fit her personality. I got to meet Jason for the first time at the session. Most of the first part was spent with him on the phone, he was trying to plan a function. As the session went on, we broke through the stiffness and found him. I wish the weather could have been better but I think we came up with some great stuff anyway. After all, all I need is for both people to be in love and the art follows!

Katherine and Charley, Yes, I'm way behind!

We shot Katherine and Charley's wedding back in December. I have been running real behind lately, but I am getting better. We had such a good time at their wedding, we are truly blessed to have them as friends.
