Angela and Joel April 21

This was such a laid back wedding for us. Very easy going not a lot of stress. Just a few friends and family and a whole lot of fun!

The ringbearer!
Cool picture
Awww!!!
After the ceremony, gee I guess she's happy!!

Father of the groom. This guy was cool.
Even my neighbors were there!

Not enough...

There are just not enough minutes in the day to love her like she deserves

Thursday, April 26, 2007

I have some pretty cool friends!

Amanda got bored at her other job today and wrote a poem about our studio. How cool is that?! She really deserves a lot of credit with everything that we make her do and all the different roles that we ask of her, she at least gives it her best effort. As much crap as I give her, she is appreciated alot!

Working for Javon Longieliere
Is so much fun to do,
Never there a dull moment
Never I am blue.

There I answer phones,
And file a bunch of stuff
Sometimes I place an order,
I just can't get enough.

How does this man do it?
He should really write a book,
It's too bad he can't do it,
The phone rings off the hook.

Dawn, his wife is amazing,
She works so very hard.
Javon is lucky to have her,
How right he played his cards.

When you have Javon shoot your wedding,
You'll have an awesome day
He'll do pretty much anything you want,
He wouldn't have it any other way.

His rockin wedding studio,
Is busy and super fun,
Sometimes, I'm there all day,
With no time for the sun.

Javon can capture moments,
The ones you want so much,
From flower girls to dancing,
To the brides they mean so much.

Dawn designs the albums,
Like she brushes her hair,
It's so second nature to her
And she deosn't even care.

But we know at the wedding,
Is when Javon can truly shine,
I'm glad to be his assistant,
I'm glad the job is mine.

So if you're getting married,
Give this man a call,
Dawn would prefer an e-mail,
Whatever you do, you mustn't stall.

Lauren and Corey

Finally, after many scheduling conflicts, I got to spend the afternoon with Lauren and Corey. I am so psyched that they were able to work my hectic schedule into their own hectic schedule. Here are some of their awesome pics from that session. Thank you guys for putting up with my erratic driving. I seem to be doing a lot of that lately.

Catherine and Jared April 14, 2007

We met Catherine at the salon where she was getting her hair done, ain't it gorgeous?! I know it's kind of hard to tell in this picture, but it's cool anyway!
Here she is playing around with my equipment. Gee, that belt looks big on her.
Catherine's Dad before the wedding. He doesn't look stressed does he?
Jared right before the start of the reception. I love this picture of him.
The cakeFather daughter dance
Who's having a good time?

Bride and Groom pics. Nice and relaxed, just hanging out.

WOW!
And one from her kick butt bridal session!

Chastity and Brian

One of the things that I think really sealed the deal for me with Chastity and Brian was my blog. I didn't realize that as many people looked at it as they do. I found that out tonight after talking to a potential bride! I can't wait for Chastity and Brian's wedding at the Villa Christina in May. The whole thing is going to be a blast and if their engagement session was any indication, their wedding images are going to be out of this world!

Hard to believe this is a laundromat

At first glance, I thought this was a kangaroo, but boy was I a horse's ass!

Jessica and Jeb

Last week I got to head down to Northern Florida to shoot Jessica and Jeb's engagement session. I got to see where they are having the reception and I think that it is going to be really cool. I love it when a couple includes things from their family in their wedding. I think it adds to the uniqueness of the wedding! Thanks for not offing me in the woods guys, can't wait to work with you guys again.
Remind you of any country and western songs!
Not sure where they had taken me at this point and I wasn't sure I was coming back!

Kristy and Jason March 31, 2007

After another week of the stomach virus, we were off to Melhana Plantation in Thomasville, GA to shoot Kristy and Jason's wedding. This was a fun bunch of people, everyone made us feel like part of the family. I did get a fair share of exercise running after the horse and buggy.

Hmm...

Love those eyes

Loved the light that was falling on her face at this point, almost like a spotlight
Inside the Showboat
Outside the Showboat
The flying ringbearer's pillow
In the womens bathroom

Cool tattoo!
