Published again in The Knot!

2 days ago I got an e-mail from Rebecca Crumley at The Knot. She wanted to know if we had any weddings that were coastal that she could look at to see if they could put it in the upcoming issue of The Knot. I let her look at MaryBeth and Jeremy's wedding that we shot last year at Tybee Island in Savannah, GA. Yesterday we get this e-mail saying that she is going to use it. Congratulations MaryBeth and Jeremy!

Andre Agassi wins in the first round at Wimbledon!!!!

After announcing his retirement right before Wimbledon started, I was seriously disappointed. After the US Open at the end of the summer Agassi will be hanging up his racket after 20-something years on the pro tour. We really are losing one of the greatest American ambassadors of Tennis.
Today in the first round, he got off to a shaky start to Boris Pashanski when he lost the first set, but came back in true form to take the next three to win the match! Keep going, Andre!

Heidi and Clint

6/17/06-Heidi and Clint got married at a beautiful wedding in Sparks, GA. One of our last in South Georgia for a while. I know that they are patiently waiting for me to get done with their pictures, I hope this teaser will suffice for now. :)

Clint and his Dad in a quiet moment right before the ceremony. I was floored when I found out that Clint had been working on the farm that very morning. That boy won't stop for anything! You gotta admire that work ethic.

Here's Heidi! Peeking in on that moment.

Showing off her stylin' shoes!!
One of the dangers in having a second shooter is ending up on camera yourself. Kristen took this one while I was trying to save Clint from Heidi's vicious veil.
We loved this cute take off of Farmer in the Dell. At least I think that is what that song is called.

Donuts in the Lenox parking lot...(Random thought)

This was so bizarre. Tonight, I was waiting on Farnaz in the Lenox Mall parking lot. I was there to drop off her proof album and flood her with compliments. By the way, Farnaz, I loved your brand new BMW!

Anyway, I wanted to make sure Farnaz knew which car was mine, so I was doing donuts(driving around in tight circles) in the parking lot so she would see me. Security man drove by me, nothing. BUT!, when I stopped and Farnaz and I were talking, he came up to us then and told us we couldn't be there. Hmm...why was I not suspicious when I was driving around and around in circles, but when I stopped, then I must have been up to something.

Shahab, we miss you and we hope you feel better. Looking forward to dinner on Friday!

Engagement session in Ocala, FL

I shot an engagement session in Ocala, Fl yesterday with Allison Pangborn and Dean Oliver. They are getting married on July 14 this year at the Ocala Word of Faith Church. I had a great time, Allison has such a sweet sense about her and she giggles at everything. These two floor me and I can't wait to shoot their wedding.

We talked about coming back here on the wedding day after the sun goes down. I love shooting at night!

Kacie and Matt

We started the day at Kinderlou for a bridesmaids luncheon. I love being able to be there for these events. It was such an important part of the day for Kacie and I was glad to catch up with friends at the same time. It has been so cool to have gotten to be friends with these girls over the last 3 years! I think of each of them as my friend and would do anything for them if they needed it.

The gang!

I surprised Kacie at Anthony and Co. Salon. I love her, she is such a goofball, which in my opinion is a wonderful trait!

Matt is also a really good friend. He is the brother of Kelly, our friend who got married on April 1. Gee, can you tell Kacie and Matt were made for each other.

Kacie is just absolutely stunning in both her personality and looks!

A quick silly moment after the ceremony. We were trying as hard as we could to get to the party!

What is on Matt's mind?

Kacie's cake was so cool! This pic just goes to show you what a little help from the videographer can do for your pictures. We used the light from his video camera to light the cake. Cha-ching, the check is in the mail Daniel!

Daniel has got to be one of the most talented videographers that I have ever met. He is also very passionate about what he does. He partied with us until about 11:30, then got up the next morning at 4A.M.!!!! to film his hunting show that he produces. Check out his website at http://www.fulldrawproductions.com.

Thanks for all the laughs these last 2 weeks! As we head back out on the road for the next few months, we are gong to miss you.

TEAM ___________ FOREVER! I still want to do that video!

Brief absence!

Sorry for the inactivity lately, we have had a lot going on. I know, I know, I say that all the time, but this time I am telling the truth! We are going to get back on track with this thing now, but unfortunately to do that we will have to fast forward to the present day. I am going to start posting the day that I do the sessions so that I can give everyone a sneak peek into what we just did. I apologize to my girls that I have unintentionally left out b/c of this.

Peace, love, happiness and all that other stuff!
