Kristen's flying solo!! - Robbie and Suzette Nov 17

First, I'd like to apologize for the absence in blogging. We are trying to get caught up and we figured getting weddings done was more vital. Doesn't mean we don't love you in internet land. We now have Kristen shooting on her own now so she can earn a living while working for us. Kristen after all these years of being an assistant, now has one of her own! We love you Melissa! Somewhere near Douglas, Robbie married Suzette! As odd as it is, we originally met Suzette shooting a bachelorette issue for The Metro. As irony would have it, that is how Robbie met her as he was in the bachelor issue. Here are some long awaited pics from their wedding.

It's always a bit difficult for me to make a comment about the groom. It always makes me feel weird, now the girls, I can do that all day. Robbie, you look very nice and happy!!

Courtni and Dave Part 1, Oct 27

3 days, 2 photographers, 1 great couple, 3400 images to start sorting through, 1 fantastic wedding equals 3 parts on the blog. Too many awesome images to put in one post. This was from Day 1 of Courtni and Dave's wedding.

It started at Food 101 where we got together with her bridesmaids.

Courtni has got to get into wedding planning, she was in charge of everything and planned out every detail. I am in awe! She did these boxes herself!

Jaimee and Adam in a big wheel!!

Normally, I don't start someone off in something off the wall, but Jaimee and Adam jumped right in, literally!! I had a lot of fun with these 2 and I can't wait till next year to shoot the wedding!! Here are a few from their engagement session.

I need to practice my Spanish!

Yes, in a couple of weeks on the 25th, we will be getting on a plane to fly to Costa Rica to shoot Jeri and Jay's wedding at the Paradisus Playa Conchal in Costa Rica, which was just named one of the worlds best resorts by Conde Nast! Woohoo! I better brush up on my Spanish!

Erin and Megan at the Pumpkin Patch!!

Right before Halloween, we were ab;e to get the girls in the pumpkin patch! I am sure there will be a point that they get too old to do this, but right now, I am enjoying watching the run and play through the pumpkins. I also love the time we get to spend with our best friends!

Erin was the only wiling participant at the beginning.

We tried to see how strong Megan was by getting her to pick up pumpkins. Now at first this seemed like a good idea. But after you get a few shots like this, you're done, but she's not. Next thing you know she is picking up pumpkins all over the patch and dropping them if they are too heavy. Then it looks like cutting short the session is a good idea!

"Look at my big and scary eyes/watch out for a big surprise", at least I think that's how it goes.

I swear that I'm not just sitting around!

Almost all things I have accomplished in my life started with one peron. I can only hope to have the courage and strength that she has in life. I love you!

Kristi and Jeff, August 11

2 blogs in one day, how can it get better than this? Well, I'd try for 3 but I don't think time is on my side. We shot Jeff's sister, Allison's wedding back in ...uhm, well. Anyway, we had a real good time with Jeff and Kristi but honestly, I don't know how you couldn't, they are just a lot of fun.
