Samantha and Jesse - Whitehouse, NJ August 31st

I know, I know, I am really late with this one, but at least it's here. We met the Nicholson's in '05 at their Chateau in France during a wedding. We fell in love with them and at the beginning of "07 got the call that Sam was getting married. So up to NJ we flew and we had a great wedding. One of our best! Shot Sam and Jesse's engagement session on the Jersey shore and then after the wedding we went to the USOpen.

Last Saturday

We didn't have a wedding this last Saturday so I got to do some relaxing, which was nice. Our new car turned 100 miles old! The that afternoon we went to Jacksonville with John and Heather to go play at Dave and Busters. We had a great time, except for the waitress we had that night. We were having to get other staff to help us.

When do we see the weeds?

While I was watching Erin and Megan play in the yard today, a strange thought occured to me as they so often do. They were so fascinated by the weeds that were growing in the yard and they kept saying how pretty they were.

At what point in our lives, do we "only" see them as weeds?

In Costa Rica part II...

The day after the wedding, we took a ATV and zip line tour with our newlyweds! It was awesome!! Despite the fact that Dawn and I were sick, we had a great time.

We took today off and went to see my grandmother. We haven't gotten to see her much this last year, we figured it was time to make time. After we left, we went to see my Mom. This was shot from my Mom' house. Isn't she beautiful?!
